Sister Alfonsa Sudaryanti, Province Leader
Alfonsa Sudaryanti was elected Province Leader at the Chapter held at Syantikara, Yogyakarta, Indonesia from 2 – 8 February 2020. Her mandate commenced on the 24 April 2020.
Alfonsa was born on 1 August 1961 in Yogyakarta and entered the Congregation in Jakarta in 1985. She made her Perpetual Profession in 1995. She obtained a Bachelor’s degree in Art and Language.
Since 1996 Alfonsa was actively involved in formation ministry and accompanying women in the crisis center in Indonesia. She has also been a missionary in Kenya and South Africa where she worked with women in Skills Development Centers, children in Day Care Centers, and in formation ministry.
She has held leadership positions as Local Leader, Province Treasurer, and as Councilor on the Province Leadership Team both in Indonesia and South Africa.
